Some people prefer to take a few privates in the beginning to get acclimated with the exercises and reformer while others are ready to jump right into groups after their Introductory New Client Private, and some prefer to skip the private and go directly into group classes. We do recommend that if you have an injury that may limit you that you start with a few privates so that you can learn the appropriate modifications to be made during a group class.
