Group classes consist of 4 or more clients. We reserve the right to cancel a group class if it does not form, however, we will always do our best to accommodate our clients.
All of the classes are 50 minutes in length. This allows for a smooth transition from one class to the next.
All of our classes are kept small, with a maximum of 6 people, this allows for one-on-one attention and instruction. You can also pre-register for classes ensuring your spot without having to arrive early. We also offer more class times than most gyms and many other studios, ranging from early morning to mid-morning, as well as evenings and weekends.
This is a personal choice. Fitness level and body awareness are factors, however it truly depends on how comfortable you are on the reformer. Some people prefer to take a few privates in the beginning to get acclimated with the exercises and reformer while others are ready to jump right into groups after their Introductory New Client Private, and some prefer to skip the private and go directly into group classes. We do recommend that if you have an injury that may limit you that you start with a few privates so that you can learn the appropriate modifications to be made during a group class.
No. All of our classes can are customized to whatever your fitness level may be, and if you are newer to exercising or have any physical limitations, our instructors can safely guide you through the workouts, making any necessary modifications. If you are in great shape and really want to be challenged by your workouts our instructors can definitely push your body to the limit in our advanced level classes.
